I’ve gotten a few e-mails recently from frustrated youth football coaches that are struggling in poorly run organizations with inept coaches. Some of these dads just moved into new communities and were shocked to learned they landed in the youth football coaches version of the “Twilight Zone". You can get all your youth football players into game without hurting your competitiveness if you take a few simple steps: I'm a proponent of getting all youth football players at least some playing time in games as long as the player has consistently been attending football practices and met the minimum criteria for playing on your football team.
